Privacy Policy

Ringly helps home service businesses respond to missed calls, exchange SMS messages, qualify jobs, and book appointments.

We collect account details, business profile details, phone numbers, message content, booking details, Google Calendar authorization data, billing identifiers, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

We use this data to provide missed-call follow-up, send and receive SMS, check calendar availability, create calendar events, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

We share data with service providers that power the product, including hosting, database, SMS/voice, AI, calendar, and payment processors. We do not sell customer message data.

Customers can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Businesses can request account deletion or data export by contacting support@getringly.app.

Ringly is intended for Canadian home service businesses during launch. Businesses are responsible for using the service only where they have consent or another lawful basis to message customers.
